If ordering by post, please print out and complete the order form here, telephone/fax us on +44 (0) 131 447 5579 or e-mail info@scottish-gems.co.uk and use your VISA/ MASTERCARD/DINERS/JCB credit card or VISA/MAESTRO/ELECTRON debit card. Your card account will only be charged when the goods are despatched along with your receipt.

We aim to despatch goods within 10 days of receiving your order, if otherwise we will inform you immediately.

If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, please return them within 7 days for replacement, exchange or refund.

You are exempt from Value Added Tax (17.5%). This will be deducted from your account and then your chosen method of posting will be added. This makes purchasing from us very favourable to you.
