We ship/deliver world wide using Royal Mail facilities. UK destinations can expect their parcels in 4-5 working days upon sucessful processing of credit/debit card.

Parcels destined for Europe please allow at least 10 working days and Far East and other Worldwide destinations allow 15 working days.

All parcel charges are dependent of their weight and destination. All final charges include Postage and packaging costs.

We may choose to insure certain parcels over £50.00 destined for UK. Overseas customers wishing to insure their parcels, please send a separate e-mail stating the items you would like to purchase, and the destination country and we will get back to you with the exact cost. Overseas customers can e-mail us HERE

In all cases we keep Proof of posting record for 3 months after the date of purchase.

In the event of wrong address supplied by a customer, the parcel in question "should" be returned to us by Royal Mail. To re-post/re-ship the parcel to a correct address will attract additional postage charges.

Once the parcel leaves our hands and we have acquired a proof of posting, the responsibility is then that of Royal Mail & destination country postal services. We will however do all that is required to chase up the lost item on your behalf, and replace the goods once we have recieved compensation from Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to exclude certain troublesome addresses, in which case your order will not be processed and you will be notified of our intention and the reason why.
