We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from that ordered.

Any such refund or replacement apply to products bought from this web site or ordered by post or fax from MacGillivray's Scottish Gifts, 89 West Clyde St, Helensburgh (owners of this site).

You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within seven working days after the day of receiving your goods.  We will fully refund the money paid to us within 30 working days.

In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in a saleable condition. If you do not return the goods within 30 working days we may reduce your refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. Any refund due will be minus any costs involved in credit card transaction fees as charged to us upon processing your card.

In the interest of safety and hygiene, we would prefer if possible, the return of goods with the manufacturer's packaging intact.
